Tia Buckham-White is the founder of Notre Internationale and has more than 15 years of corporate experience in enterprise sales, business partnerships, and leadership consulting. Notre Internationale has developed executive-level workshops and programs for corporations, government agencies, and universities, both independently, and as a strategic business partner.
Tia developed Notre Internationale to offer CXOs at privately held, government sector, and Fortune 500 corporations an understanding of the challenges associated with developing inclusive environments. Tia demonstrates her commitment to organizational talent development and management by helping leaders think about self-awareness and how it informs diversity, corporate culture and engagement, customer service, leadership development, and change management. Tia is passionate about this work, and Notre Internationale was awarded the 2015 Excellence in Diversity Leadership Award by the Technology Association of Georgia.
As a Human Experience Management company (HXM), Notre consults with executive teams interested in developing self-awareness as a teachable skill within the corporate culture to transform the employee experience.
Tia has more than 18 years of group and individual coaching experience with a wide variety of professionals and maintains a thriving practice exclusively focused on self-awareness and cultural inclusion coaching for executive, entrepreneurial, and high-potential leaders across diversified sectors.
She has worked with organizations, companies, and schools, including The University of Ghana Business School in Accra, Ghana; the University of Houston Student Services; and the Information Technology Senior Management Forum, an African American organization for executives in technology.
Tia is committed to community service and philanthropy. She has consulted with the YWCA’s It’s Time to Talk Facilitator Community and coached participants to tackle difficult conversations and improve their self-awareness. She actively serves on numerous boards, including the Technology Association of Georgia Diversity & Inclusion Society, STEM Atlanta Women, Augustus Redefined, and Fundamentally Sound Sports; Tia recently served as an advisory board member of the Sub-Saharan Education Project, a U.S.-based nongovernmental organization. Tia’s volunteerism is keenly focused on advancing, empowering, and mentoring young women and professionals through education, leadership development, and self-understanding.
Tia is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi and a member of the International Association of Women and the American Business Women’s Association. She holds a Qualified Administrator designation with the Intercultural Development Inventory® (IDI®) assessment and is a Certified Administrator of The Five Behaviors® and Everything DiSC® with John Wiley & Sons, Inc. Tia is also a KnowledgeWorkx Inter-Cultural Intelligence Champion and facilitator, and a certified administrator for the StandOut® Assessment with The Marcus Buckingham Company®. She is a Foresight practitioner certified by the Institute for the Future, and a certified practitioner of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) Step I™ and Step II™ Instruments. Tia earned her Certified Professional Coach (CPC) credential from the College of Executive Coaching and is a candidate for the Certified Diversity Executive® credential from the Institute for Diversity Certification™. Notre Internationale is a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) certified by the Small Business Administration (SBA).
